A Winning Partnership
The mixed-use development in Gainesville is the culmination of ideas and creativity from quite a few people. It has been envisioned by the city planners for some time; but, the design and implementation is being coordinated by three talented business men. They are Tim Knight, Brad Johnson and Jim Blankenship. Knight and Johnson have collaborated on a number of successful projects including the wildly successful North Lake Square Mall in Gainesville. Blankenship is a veteran of many years of development including condominiums and other residences. Combined, they have a century of experience in developing quality real estate projects.
